Carrots are rich in fiber, essential vitamins and minerals. It is known to be excellent for eye health, strengthen the immune system and aid digestion. Furthermore, carrots are a powerful ally in weight loss, as they are low in calories and rich in nutrients.

Ingredients:

1 carrot
30g oats
5g yeast
1 tablespoon of honey
2 eggs
1 light Greek yogurt
30g light cream cheese
30g whey
5g of erythritol
Cinnamon

How to prepare:

  1. Put in blender, the carrot, the oats, the two eggs, the honey and the cinnamon and grind everything until you get a thick cream.
  2.  Place in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Leave to cool and crumble the entire dough.

Icing:

Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheeseight: whey, erythritol and cinnamon until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Then just layer it.

Tip: You can multiply the recipe to obtain several doses and store it in the refrigerator for other days.
