Exchanges & Returns

To make an exchange or return you must fill out the form.

You will then receive the response in your email.

Follow the following steps:

  1. Items must be in their original condition, without signs of use and with tags. We do not exchange or return items that show signs of use, do not have labels and do not present the invoice or order number.
  2. Place the items in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging or it is damaged, you can use a different packaging.
  3. Fill out the form and wait for our response. After that, you will receive the full return status by email.

  • After filling out the form you will receive the response in your email.
  • Portugal and Mainland Spain
    • Once the availability of the product is confirmed, a shipment will be made with collection of the return. This shipment will be made by Nacex.

    • The exchange will cost €8,40.
      €4,20 if you place a new order of at least €30; You must indicate the products and sizes when filling out the form.

    • All shipping costs and costs associated with exchanging the product are borne by sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
    • We do not accept exchanges or returns after the 15 days mentioned or that have not been recognized by filling out the after-sales form.
  • Rest of the world
    • Send the product to our facilities:

    • All shipping costs and costs associated with exchanging the product (return to N/facilities and resending the new product) are borne by sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
  • Conditions for Exchange
    • Exchanges or returns of products that are not in their original condition and that show signs of use will not be accepted. It is also mandatory to present an invoice or order number.
    • Changes of underwear, socks, protective masks and personalizations will not be accepted.
    • When sent to our facilities, products must be sent in the original packaging or box in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.

From the delivery date of your order, you have 15 days to make a return (Terms of the provisions of article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of 26 April).

Return Procedures:

You must mention the order number on the order you are returning. 

We do not accept returns after the mentioned 15 days or that have not been recognized by filling out the after-sales form.

We do not accept returns with cash on delivery.

Refunding

Once compliance with the points mentioned above has been verified, the Great I Am will proceed with the refund in the same form used for payment (this refund may take up to 10 working days).
