A Great I Am offers an online shopping service regulated by the general sales conditions, as described below. For this purpose, the use of this Website constitutes your agreement with the conditions of sale. A Great I Am reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice, publishing all changes here.

It is intended for personal use. The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the content of this Website, without prior written authorization, is prohibited for purposes other than personal use.

Great I Am may, at any time, edit, in whole or in part, the terms and conditions listed here.

Customers of the online store are considered final consumers, subject to VAT, with the exception of residents of countries outside the European Union.

The sales process is subject to compliance with the regulations established by Law no. 25/2008, of 5 June, relating to the regime for preventing and repressing the laundering of benefits from illegal origin and terrorist financing.

The introduction of a link to our website for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from Great I Am. At the same time, the use of the greatiamwear.com domain for abusive purposes, and without prior authorization, may be susceptible to Great I Am resort to competent legal means. If you find links that direct you to greatiamwear.com on other websites, we do not assume any responsibility, neither for the source of the page nor for its content.

PRICES
The prices shown in the catalog include VAT at the current rate at the time of purchase, shipping costs (if any) are added on the order completion page.

Any other costs resulting from sending volumes abroad, including customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In the event that your data is entered incorrectly or you simply want to change something in your order, you can request its modification or cancellation through our Customer Support service.

In accordance with law 7/2004 of January 7, on e-commerce, the Great I Am Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever a programming error, operating defect or deformed contractual proposal (in which the error concerns something crucial to the contract) is verified.

The customer can cancel the order, if it has not yet been shipped, by sending an email or by phone. The cancellation request will only be effective when the order number and the customer's name are mentioned.

Ordering products must be made by users aged 18 or over.

A GREAT I AM reserve the ordered products for 48 hours, after this time, if there is no confirmation of payment, the order will be canceled and the stock will be restored for sale.

DELIVERY TIME
In mainland Portugal, orders are generally delivered within 2 working days after the payment date.

In the Autonomous Regions, depending on the Islands, the estimated delivery time may vary from 3 to 5 business days.

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and transport time. It can take between 2 to 5 business days.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
A GREAT I AM accepts exchanges/returns within a maximum period of 15 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order. Check our Exchanges and Returns policy here.

However, shipping of replacement items will follow the Shipping Cost rules of a normal purchase.

A Great I Am responds to lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years counting from the delivery of the item, with the exception of perishable products, where we only guarantee that the products are delivered within the expiration date and with a minimum of 30 days , and our responsibility ends after delivery due to the fact that we do not control the way in which the products are stored or stored. All non-compliance will be analyzed by our Customer Support service.

RESOLUTION OF CONTRACTS (RETURNS) – DISTANCE PURCHASES.
For distance purchases (online and to be received at the address via courier), Portuguese Law establishes that the consumer has a period of 14 days (commonly known as the reflection period) after receiving the goods, during which they can return the item(s)( s) without the need to indicate a reason. In cases of free Contract Termination, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.

Registration allows for an easier purchasing process, with the recording of the customer's identification data, allowing immediate recognition of the customer, without the need for new entry in a future purchase;

CLAIMS
Complaints about defects in items after use are accepted; to do so, you must contact us through our Customer Support. After receiving your shipment, the maximum response time for the customer is 15 days.

Applicable Legislation

All purchases made on the greatiamwear.com website are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the general conditions of sale and use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

If our client is located outside mainland Portugal, we inform you that any legal proceedings must be forwarded to the Portuguese courts.

Campaigns
Each campaign carried out by Great I Am has a specific and unique regulation for it. Therefore, all exchanges and returns that may result from these purchases using a discount (promotional code or discount voucher) will be based on the final billing value and not the actual value of the items in the order.
In exchanges made at a later date after the end of the campaign, the discount will only be maintained when exchanging for another size (within the same reference).
