I started bodybuilding training in 2013 to understand the market as an end-user of a software I wanted to develop and also because I wanted to gain weight. I ended up discovering a great passion.

Being able to apply the same delivery/effort to all three points simultaneously.

Do you plan on competing again?

I've thought about going back this year, just for fun. However, it is not an aspect that I consider exploring on a professional level as I know, from the outset, that my level of dedication is not total.

Sónia Silva:

Never stop believing in overcoming your limits and never believe that you are special.

I need to train but I lack motivation. 1.65cm 67kg I know it's time. What is the first step?

Sónia Silva:

At a sporting level? Just staying active in this way allows me to release all the energy I have inside.
