Cátia Moreira earned her Pro Card in 2022 and has since built a career defined by consistency, international presence and a genuine connection to the competitive process.
Her record includes a second-place finish at the Mr. Big Evolution Pro, sixth place at the EVLS Prague Pro and fourth place at the Romania Pro.
As the founder of Get The Pose Academy, Cátia also coaches other athletes, sharing her stage experience, knowledge and everything she has learned throughout her own career.
She is one of the most recognisable faces in Portuguese bodybuilding, and we are proud to welcome her as a Great I Am Athlete.

Cátia has just returned from an intense competitive season in the United States: seven shows in nine weeks, with six of those shows packed into a period of only seven weeks. It is a pace with a physical, mental and emotional impact that is difficult to understand from the outside.
Despite every challenge and the first signs of fatigue, she continued to step onstage and deliver performances worthy of the work behind them.
