Terms & Conditions
1. USE OF THE SERVICE
The customer agrees to use this service by the laws and regulations in force, as well as by the terms and conditions listed below.
GREAT IAM may at any given time, alter, in whole or in part the terms and conditions listed here.
The customer may not change the content of the Service or send messages that contain computer viruses or that can cause any other damages.
Online shop customers are considered final consumers, subject to VAT liquidation, with the exception of residents of countries outside the European Union.
The process of sale is subject to the compliance with the regulations set by the Law no. 25/2008 of the 5th June, concerning the regime for the prevention and repression of laundering the benefits of illegal provenance and the financing of terrorism.
2. ONLINE SHOP PRODUCTS
Products suitably identified in their specific catalogues can be purchased in the online shop.
If a product is not available in the online shop it does not mean that it is out of stock in the GREAT IAM; it may be available through another channel of distribution of the company.
The prices shown in the catalogue include VAT at the current rate at the time of purchase, but they do not include postage costs.
The price of the product, the value of VAT and the postage costs are displayed before the final validation of the purchase.
Any other costs resulting from shipping packages abroad, including customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer of the product.
To order a product, chosen from the existing in the product catalogue, it must be placed in the shopping basket.
For some products, properly identified in the online shop, the purchase may be limited to a certain number of them.
The customer may cancel the order by sending an email within 24 hours after GREAT IAM has received the order confirmation.
The request for cancellation will only become effective wh.en the order’s number and the customer’s name is mentioned
If the customer wishes to return the ordered items, approval from GREAT IAM is required. If approved, the purchase amount is refunded, but not the postage costs.
GREAT IAM will sustain the return postage costs, when the article is damaged or if an error has occurred in the dispatch.
GREAT IAM reserves the right to cancel any order that is unable to process or verify.
5. FORMS OF PAYMENT
The products can be paid by one of the various electronic means of payment available.
GREAT IAM holds the ordered product during 24 hours, after that time, in case there is no confirmation of payment, the order may be canceled.
If the buyer of the products is holder of a voucher, he may discount his check offers in the Shop online, with the shop’s conditions.
More than one check offer can be used in the same purchase, provided that the total amount of the purchase is higher.
6. DELIVERY TIME
In mainland Portugal orders are usually delivered within 3 working days after the payment date.
In the Autonomous Regions, depending on the Islands, the delivery time may vary from 3 to 8 working days.
Deliveries to Europe and to the rest of the world vary according to the destination and the transportation time.
If a stock out occurs the customer will be informed.
If the buyer doesn’t choose registered shipping, GREAT IAM cannot be held responsible for any damage or errors in the shipping.
7. EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
GREAT I AM accepts exchanges/returns within a maximum period of 30 days, counting from the date of the order reception, as long as the articles: – have not been used; – are not personalized; – still have the original tag; – are in re-saleable conditions, in the original package (if one exists). No exchanges or returns of personal articles (like underwear) will be accepted. The exchanges/returns can be made at one of our stores or sent by email. The shipping costs regarding exchanges/returns will be charged to the client.
In the case that the exchange/return is originated because of a shipping error commited by GREAT I AM, the client must contact our Customer Support service to schedule the collection of the article, and GREAT I AM will bear the shipping costs of the exchange/return.
However, the shipment of the replacement articles to the client will follow the Shipping Cost rules of a normal purchase.
GREAT I AM shall not be liable for any lost or delayed items during the transportation from the client to our warehouse.
Should you exchange an article for another of lesser value, GREAT I AM commits to reimburse the difference in value (except the shipping costs).
When returning an article, the reimbursement includes only the articles’ value, and not the shipping costs.
The reimbursement will be issued by the same method used for the payment:
PayPal: reimbursement to the Paypal account
Visa: reimbursement to the card used
The reimbursement will be issued within a maximum period of 10 working days after the reception of the order at our Customer Support services. The date when this amount will be available at the client’s account depends on the client’s banking institution.
GREAT IAM cannot be held responsible for shipping and return costs of products returned by shipping address errors.
8. ONLINE STRORE REGISTRATION.
The individual shop online registration is made in the store in “Registration”.
This registration allows an easier purchase process, by saving the identification data of the customer, allowing a customer’s immediate identification, without the need for new input.
The customer may update his personal information online whenever he makes a phurchase at the online store.
Each access is restricted to its user and assured by the use of a login and a password that should be altered on the first login.
After the registration, these informations are sent to the customer’s email to allow the confidentiality and its further utilization is the sole responsibility of the user.
9. PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
According to the Portuguese Law no. 67/98 of the 26th of October, regarding Personal Data Protection, we inform that the treatment given to the personal data collected at the website bazardesportivo.com is the responsibility of GREAT I AM, Lda.. The data collected at this website is intended for order processing and communication with the Clients, processing of information requests and possible complaints, statistical analysis, as well as the corresponding use for direct marketing purposes. GREAT I AM, Lda. ensures the confidentiality of all the data provided by its clients. Notwithstanding the safe data collection and treatment performed by GREAT I AM, Lda. using the most improved techniques for that purpose, which prevents its loss or manipulation, we inform that the collection in an open network allows the movement of personal data without security at the risk of being seen and used by unauthorized intermediates. All Customers have the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their data. If you wish, at any time, to no longer be part of the database of bazardesportivo.com you can exercise that right through our Customer Support service.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is applicable by the Portuguese law.
The resolution of disputes arising from this agreement is of the competence of the District of Lisbon Court, with the express waiver of any other.
