You may have already heard about the pandemic fatigue. As strange as it may seem, it really exists. Pandemic fatigue manifests itself through a feeling of overload due to the need to be in a constant state of alert, and to tiredness, because we have to obey constant restrictions and changes in our daily routine!

The capacity to adapt that has been required of us for over a year now by the COVID-19 pandemic is enormous, which means that saturation increases and motivation decreases, even to do things that previously made us feel good or made us feel good! 

Suddenly we were forced to drastically change our habits and behaviors, in the public and private sphere. Our life has become a reality that we thought we could only see in movies, forced into confinement for months with strict rules to be able to leave the house…

  1. It is important, as far as possible, maintain our daily routine and look for activities that make us disconnect from reality, that make us feel good! Consequently, It's important that you continue to take care of yourself!

     

  2. Make sport It can be your greatest ally. If it was already a regular practice and you are unmotivated, try to have the strength to maintain your training routine. If you didn't used to do sport, maybe this is the best time to start. Have you seen our training sets?   3. No matter how discouraged you may be, Believe in yourself and believe that you will be able to face this with determination. After all, a year of difficult times has passed. Think about what helped you get through the first confinement and try to adapt the same method now…
  4. Experience meditate! Activities of this kind can help you reduce stress levels and improve your mood; Yoga ou conscious breathing sessions can also be a good option! 

 

  1. Take a break to see that movie you've been wanting to see for so long, or to finish reading that book that you've been sitting on the shelf and that you were enjoying so much! Try to do things that make you feel good.

Remember that there are better and worse days and that it’s all part of the process! 

Until we reach the desired group immunity, these small steps can be your pillar in the way you manage to face everything that happens out there!
