Great I Am provides an online shopping service regulated by the general selling conditions as described onward. To this end, you using this Website constitutes your agreement to those selling conditions. Great I Am LDA reserves the right to change these conditions without previous notice, publishing all changes here.
It’s destined to personal use. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of this Website’s content, without previous written authorization, is forbidden for other purposes besides personal use.
GREAT IAM may at any given time, edit, in whole or in part the terms and conditions listed here.
Online shop customers are considered final consumers, subject to VAT liquidation, with the exception of residents of countries outside the European Union.
The process of sale is subject to the compliance with the regulations set by the Law no. 25/2008 of the 5th June, concerning the regime for the prevention and repression of laundering the benefits of illegal provenance and the financing of terrorism.
It’s strictly forbidden the introduction of our Website’s link, for commercial purposes, without previous authorization from Great I Am Lda. Simultaneously, the use of the greatiamwear.com domain with abusive purposes, and without previous authorization, can be susceptible of Great I Am Lda. resorting to the competent legal means. In the event of you finding links that direct you to greatiamwear.com at other Websites, we take no responsibility, neither of the source of the page, nor of the content in it.
ONLINE SHOP PRODUCTS
Products suitably identified in their specific catalogues can be purchased in the online shop.
If a product is not available in the online shop it does not mean that it is out of stock in the GREAT IAM; it may be available through another channel of distribution of the company.
The prices shown in the catalogue include VAT at the current rate at the time of purchase, but they do not include postage costs.
The price of the product, the value of VAT and the postage costs are displayed before the final validation of the purchase.
Any other costs resulting from shipping packages abroad, including customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer of the product.

In case of your data being incorrect or you wanting to change your order, you can ask for its modification or annulation through our Customer Support service.
In accordance with the law 7/2004 from January 7th, regarding e-commerce, Great I Am LDA. reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever a programming error, functioning defect or deformed contractual proposition (in which the error concerns something crucial to the contract) is verified.
The customer may cancel the order by sending an email within 24 hours after GREAT IAM has received the order confirmation.
The request for cancellation will only become effective when the order number and the customer’s name is mentioned
If the customer wishes to return the ordered items, approval from GREAT IAM is required. If approved, the purchase amount is refunded, but not the postage costs.
Great I Am will sustain the return postage costs, when the article is damaged or if an error has occurred in the dispatch.
The products can be paid by one of the various electronic means of payment available.
GREAT IAM holds the ordered product during 24 hours, after that time, in case there is no confirmation of payment, the order may be canceled.
If the buyer of the products is holder of a voucher, he may discount his check offers in the Shop online, with the shop’s conditions.
More than one check offer can be used in the same purchase, provided that the total amount of the purchase is higher.
In mainland Portugal orders are usually delivered within 3 working days after the payment date.
In the Autonomous Regions, depending on the Islands, the delivery time may vary from 3 to 8 working days.
Deliveries to Europe and to the rest of the world vary according to the destination and the transportation time. They can take from 2 to 5 days.
GREAT I AM accepts exchanges/returns within a maximum period of 15 days, counting from the date of the order reception, as long as the articles: – have not been used; – are not personalized; – still have the original tag; – are in re-saleable conditions, in the original package (if one exists). No exchanges or returns of personal articles (like underwear) will be accepted. The exchanges/returns can be made at one of our stores or sent by email. The shipping costs regarding exchanges/returns will be charged to the client.
In the case that the exchange/return is originated because of a shipping error commited by GREAT I AM, the client must contact our Customer Support service to schedule the collection of the article, and GREAT I AM will bear the shipping costs of the exchange/return.
However, the shipment of the replacement articles to the client will follow the Shipping Cost rules of a normal purchase.
GREAT I AM shall not be liable for any lost or delayed items during the transportation from the client to our warehouse.
Should you exchange an article for another of lesser value, GREAT I AM commits to reimburse the difference in value (except the shipping costs).
When returning an article, the reimbursement includes only the articles’ value, and not the shipping costs.
The reimbursement will be issued by the same method used for the payment:
PayPal: reimbursement to the Paypal account
Visa: reimbursement to the card used
The reimbursement will be issued within a maximum period of 10 working days after the reception of the order at our Customer Support services. The date when this amount will be available at the client’s account depends on the client’s banking institution.
GREAT IAM cannot be held responsible for shipping and return costs of products returned by shipping address errors.
ONLINE STRORE REGISTRATION.
The individual shop online registration is made in the store in “Registration”.
This registration allows an easier purchase process, by saving the identification data of the customer, allowing a customer’s immediate identification, without the need for new input.
The customer may update his personal information online whenever he makes a phurchase at the online store.
Each access is restricted to its user and assured by the use of a login and a password that should be altered on the first login.
After the registration, these informations are sent to the customer’s email to allow the confidentiality and its further utilization is the sole responsibility of the user.
We accept complaints about already used items. For that, you’ll have to contact us through our Customer Support service. After receiving your complaint, we’ll report to the brand and the maximum waiting time if of 1 month. According to the Portuguese Law, you can also use the Online Complaints Book here.
All purchases made at greatiamwear.com are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or interpretation divergence of our general selling and use conditions will be submitted to Portuguese competent court.
In case our client is out of Continental Portugal, we inform that any judicial process must be forwarded to Portuguese courts.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is applicable by the Portuguese law.
The resolution of disputes arising from this agreement is of the competence of the District of Lisbon Court, with the express waiver of any other.
