Great I Am offers an online shopping service governed by the general conditions of sale, as described below. For this purpose, the use of this Website constitutes your agreement with the conditions of sale. Great I Am reserves the right to change these conditions without notice, posting all changes here.

It is intended for personal use. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the content of this Website, without prior written permission, is prohibited for purposes other than personal use.

Great I Am may, at any time, edit, in whole or in part, the terms and conditions listed here.

Customers of the online store are considered final consumers, subject to VAT, with the exception of residents of countries outside the European Union.

The sale process is subject to compliance with the regulations established by Law no. 25/2008, of 5 June, concerning the prevention and repression of the laundering of the benefits of illegal origin and the financing of terrorism.

It is strictly prohibited to introduce a link to our website for commercial purposes without the prior authorization of Great I Am. At the same time, the use of the domain greatiamwear.com for abusive purposes, and without prior authorization, may cause Great I Am to use the competent legal means. In case you find links that direct you to greatiamwear.com on other websites, we do not assume any responsibility, neither for the source of the page, nor for its content.

PRICES

Prices shown in the catalog include VAT at the current rate at the time of purchase, shipping costs (if any) are added on the checkout page.

Any other costs resulting from the shipment of packages outside the country, including customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of incorrect entry of your data or if you just want to change something in your order, you can request its modification or cancellation through our service of Customer Support.

In accordance with the law 7/2004 of January 7th, on e-commerce, Great I Am Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever a programming error, malfunction or deformed contractual proposal (in which the error concerns something crucial to the contract) is verified.

The customer can cancel the order, if it has not yet been shipped, by sending an email or by phone. The cancellation request will only be effective when the order number and the customer’s name are mentioned.

Products can be paid for using one of several electronic payment methods available.

GREAT I AM reserves the ordered products for 48 hours, after that time, in case there is no confirmation of payment, the order will be canceled and the stock will be replaced for sale.

DELIVERY TIME

In mainland Portugal orders are generally delivered within 2 working days after the payment date.

In the Autonomous Regions, depending on the Islands, the estimated delivery time may vary from 3 to 5 working days.

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and transport time. They can take between 2 and 5 working days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

GREAT I AM accepts exchanges/returns within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. See our Exchanges and Returns policy here.

However, the shipment of replacement items will follow the Shipping Cost rules of a normal purchase.

Great I Am responds to lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years from the delivery of the article, with the exception of perishable products, in which we only guarantee that the products are delivered within the validity period and with a minimum of 30 days, and our responsibility ends after delivery due to the fact that we do not control the way in which the products are stored or stored. All non-compliance will be analyzed by our Customer Service.

RESOLUTION OF CONTRACTS (RETURNS) – DISTANCE PURCHASES.
For distance purchases (online and to be received at the address via courier), Portuguese Law establishes a period of 14 days for the consumer (commonly known as the reflection period) after receipt of the goods, during which you can return the item(s) without giving a reason. In cases of free Contract Termination, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law n.º 24/2014, of 14 February.

The registration allows for an easier purchasing process, with the recording of the customer’s identification data, allowing for immediate recognition of the customer, without the need to re-enter it in a future purchase;

COMPLAINTS

Claims for defects in the articles after use are accepted, for this you must contact us through our Customer Support. After receiving your shipment, the maximum response time to the customer is 15 days.

Applicable Law

All purchases made on the greatiamwear.com website are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the general conditions of sale and use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

If our client is outside mainland Portugal, we inform you that any legal process must be referred to the Portuguese courts.

Each campaign carried out by Great I Am has a specific and unique regulation for it. Therefore, all exchanges and returns that may result from these purchases using a discount (promotional code or discount voucher) will be based on the final billing value and not the actual value of the items in the order. In exchanges carried out on a date after the end of the campaign, the discount will only be maintained in exchanges for another size (within the same reference).
