Create an account

It is very easy to create an account on Great I Am. You just have to follow these steps:

1- Click on the top where it says “Register”.
2- Enter your email and password
3- Accept our Terms and Conditions.

With your account, you will keep a record of all transactions and your data saved so that you do not have to enter them in a future purchase.

To log into your account simply click on 'Login/Register' and enter your email address and password.

To recover your password, click on 'Login/Register' or click on the customer icon, and choose the 'Recover password' option.

You are free to delete your account. To delete it, simply contact our customer service.

ORDERS

Browse our online store and add the product(s) you want to purchase to the shopping cart
When you have selected all the items you want, click on the cart icon and proceed to 'Checkout'

Complete all billing, shipping and payment information
Confirm that all your information is correct and click to complete your order.

In addition to the message “Order placed successfully” after completing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you have any further questions, you can always contact our customer service.

In our online store it is not possible to place orders over the phone. You can always count on our customer service to help you place your order.

This is very unlikely to happen. However, if this happens, our Customer Service will contact you to reimburse you.

Our stock availability is regularly updated to show the most up-to-date information, and therefore, with the sole exception of stock/system errors, your items are guaranteed. We remind you that processing of your order begins when payment is confirmed, so we advise you to pay for your order as quickly as possible.

Yes. All our orders are sent with an invoice and you will receive it in your email after payment confirmation.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number/link so you can receive updates about your delivery.

The courier will contact you to schedule another delivery. If the shipment is to the Madeira Archipelago / Azores, you should receive a notification to collect it at the nearest CTT post.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchanging an article GREAT I AM it's very simple. You have 15 days to make this exchange. This 15-day period begins after receipt of the order

1. Visit to exchange page.
2. Fill in all the necessary fields and you will receive an email from our Customer Support. We will arrange collection of your item.
3. Place the item(s) in a sealed package, together with the Duplicate Invoice After receiving your order, we will contact you to finalize the exchange process.

Yes. Return costs will be charged to the customer. You can always choose to return your order to a store Great I Am.

You can return it to the store Great I Am.

In case the exchange/return of an item is caused by a shipping error Great I Am, the customer must contact our Customer Support service so that we can collect the item, assuming all exchange/return costs.
