Exchanges and Returns

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
  • Fill in the Post-Sales Form:
  • After filling in you will be contacted by our services via email or telephone.
  • Europe and Rest of the World (excluding Portugal)
    • Once the availability of the product and exchange size is confirmed, you should send us your products for exchange/return.
    • The exchange cost will depend based on the weight and destination. You will be informed of the price when our team replies to your first contact. This cost is payable by paypal or bank transfer.
    • All expenses and postage inherent to the exchange of the product are the only and exclusive responsibility of the customer
    • We do not accept exchanges after the 15 days mentioned or that have not been acknowledged by completing the post-sale form.
  • Portugal Mainland
    • Once the availability of the product and exchange size is confirmed, a courier will deliver the new product with collection of the previous one
    • The exchange will cost €8.40 payable by bank transfer
    • All expenses and postage inherent to the exchange of the product are the only and exclusive responsibility of the customer
    • We do not accept exchanges after the 15 days mentioned or that have not been acknowledged by completing the post-sale form.
  • Madeira islands and Azores
    • Send the product for exchange our adress: GREAT I AM Avn. Comendador Ferreira de Matos 525 4450-125 Matosinhos
    • All expenses and postage inherent to the exchange of the product (return to OUR premises and reshipment of new product) are the only and exclusive responsibility of the customer
  • Conditions for Exchange
    • No exchanges will be accepted on products showing signs of use, soiling or wear
    • No exchanges of underwear, socks or protective masks will be accepted
    • When shipping to our facility products must be sent in the original packaging or box in the same condition as received by the customer
CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

From the date of delivery of your order, you have a maximum of 15 days to return one or more products with which you are not satisfied. (Terms of the provisions of Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of 26 April).

    You must mention in the order you are returning, the number of the same, your phone contact and email.

    We do not accept returns after the 15 days mentioned or that have not been acknowledged by filling out the post-sale form.

    We do not accept returns with collect shipping.

    Return Conditions
       
    • No returns will be accepted on products that show signs of use, soiling or wear. When shipping to our facilities the products should be sent in their original packaging if possible. If not possible, they should be sent in a wrapping that protects the items from possible accidents during transport.

    • We advise you to always send via registered mail to prevent loss.

    • You must visibly mention, on the order you are returning, your details:

      • Returned items that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted.

        Return Expenses

        All expenses and postage inherent to the return of the product (return to OUR premises) are the only and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

        Refund

        Verified the compliance of the above mentioned points, Great I Am will proceed to the return to the IBAN indicated.
