CREATE ACCOUNT

How do I create my account?

It’s very easy to create an account at Great I Am. You just have to follow these steps:

1- Start by giving us your e-mail address.
2- Tell us your name and delivery address.
3- Create an easy to remember password.
4- Accept our Terms and Conditions.

All set. You can now buy at Great I Am and access your customer area!

How do I login?

In order to login into your account you just have to click ‘Login/Register’ and enter your e-mail address and password.

Can I recover my password?

In order to recover your password, click ‘Login/Register’ or click the little client icon, and choose the ‘Recover password’ option.

Can I delete my account?

You are free to delete your account. In order to delete you just have to contact our customer support service.

ORDERS

How do I place my order? Step by step.

Browse our online store and add the product(s) you want to purchase to the cart
When you have selected all the items you want, click on the cart icon and proceed to ‘Checkout’

Fill in all the billing, shipment and payment information
Confirm all your information is correct and click to finalize your order

How can I be sure that my purchase was completed?

Besides the “Order Complete” message after the order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you have any further question you can always contact our customer support service.

Can I order via telephone?

On our online store it is not possible to place orders through the telephone. You can always rely on our customer support service to help you place your order.

What happens if the item I bought sold out between purchase date and processing?

It’s very unlikely that happens. However, if it does happen, our Customer Support service will contact you to reimburse you.

Our stock availability is regularly refreshed to show the most up-to-date information, and therefore, with the sole exception of stock/system errors, your items are guaranteed. We remind you that the handling of your order starts when the payment is confirmed, thus we advise you to pay your order as soon as possible.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. All our orders are shipped with an invoice.

PAYMENTS

Paypal

Paypal is used exclusively online. It is the faster, safer way to send money and make online payments. You can link your credit card or bank account to Paypal and safely make your purchases. You’ll be redirected to the Paypal page where you must login and validate your payment. After this process is completed you are redirected to GREAT I AM.

Can I track my order?

After your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number/link so you can get updates on your delivery.

What happens if I'm not at home when the order comes?

The courier will contact you to schedule another delivery.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

How can I exchange a product?

Exchanging an article at GREAT I AM is very simple. You have 15 days to make this exchange. This 15 days deadline starts from the date of the invoice.
1. Access Your Client Area and fill the Exchanges & Returns form.
2. Complete all the necessary fields and you will receive an email from our Contact Support. We will arrange the pickup of your item.
3. Put the item(s) in a sealed package, together with the Duplicate of the Invoice After receiving your package, we will contact you in order to finalize the exchange process.

Do I have to pay to retun an item?

Yes. The return costs will be charged to the customer. You can always choose to return your order at one GREAT I AM Store.

I bought online, can I exchange on the shop?

You can return an order at one GREAT I AM store. The reimbursement will be issued by the same method used for the payment:

PayPal: reimbursement to the Paypal account
Visa: reimbursement to the same card.

I got the wrong item and/or with a defect. Do I have to pay to return it?

In case the swap/return of an item is caused by a Great I Am expedition error, the client should contact our Customer Support service so we can proceed to schedule the recollection of the item, assuming all the costs of your swap/devolution.
